We had an apartment in the Praia Village, Vilamoura. We used Ana Maia from Vap Real Estate to market & sell the property. She did a fantastic job. She found an excellent person to buy the property & we were delighted with the whole experience.

We sold our property in April 2021 & at all times Ana was there helping us, answering any questions that we had, liaising with the buyer & making it a very nice experience. I recently purchased a property through Constantin Schmid of VAP Real Estate.

Although I knew the area I wished to purchase in- I had no knowledge of the property market in  Vilamoura .

Constantin not only found me a suitable property at a very competitive price but introduced me to local reputable lawyers to act for me in the purchase and also the bank who provided me with  a mortgage .

He accompanied me on any occasions to the bank and lawyers to ensure the process went through smoothly which it did.

He has continued to provide an after sales service above and beyond what any one could expect and continues to help with ongoing requirements such as finding a tax consultant, gardener and even a handyman to put flat packed furniture together.
