When using your apartment, you have privileged access to all the Hotel’s services and facilities – including a dedicated concierge service, several swimming pools, 5 restaurants/bars, fitness center, Kids Club, Spa, and many curated experiences.
When you are not using it, your apartment will be available to be rented to guests under the management of Viceroy in a rental pool system, which ensures a refined and fully supported home ownership experience and a potential rental income for you.
